What an absolutely fantastic day from start to finish! We were welcomed with delicious bacon rolls and a great brief of the day before heading out for a few spectacular drives to get the day going. Terry and the team had everything perfectly organised including Elevenses after the second drive ! Every drive was different, well thought out, and a real test of shooting skill simulating Pheasant, Grouse and Partridge.  

After a brilliant morning, we headed back for a delicious three course cooked lunch in the bothy. It was hearty, warm, and exactly what was needed. The afternoon brought some more challenging drives that kept everyone on their toes, all set against the stunning backdrop of Drummond Estates.

We finished the day with teas, coffees, and a tempting selection of cakes – the perfect end to a memorable experience on the Estate.

A huge thank you to Terry and the whole team for making it such an enjoyable, relaxed, and well-run day. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’m looking forward to returning next year!

Just for the record, my team of four had a great day with you in 2020.  As expected, the other three were blown away by the experience.  I had found that in 2019 as the guest of a friend.  A truly wonderful day out.  My son-in-law enjoyed giving my Ford Kuga a hard time off road.

“I have recently taken part in a single gun day at Drummond Estate, and was pleasently surprised with the challenge and variety of clays that we were giving throughout the day. It was an amazing day from the quality clay shooting to the wonderful 3 course meal for lunch. Terry, Ann and their team were exceptionally well organised, and a completely unique experience which I would recommend to anybody who enjoys a challenge. Outstanding weather!! Thank you”.

I recently had the privilege of partaking in a single gun day with my shooting buddy on Drummond Est. We were both in awe of the quality and quantity of the targets were presenting them self to our peg. From whistle to whistle it was truly spectacular, and it didn’t take long to build a little competitiveness with they lads on the next peg down.  I am local to Strathearn and still couldn’t believe the picturesque scenery that the drives were set in they were truly breath-taking.

With the shooting, the scenery and the exemplary hospitality combined with flawless organisation and the variety of targets I can easily say that it has been the best day clay shooting I have experienced and would recommend to anyone.

I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.
